Strict Quality Control
Sub-suppliers
We want to be preventive and in control as much as possible. Visiting sub-suppliers will give us an early indication of quality and delivery, as we will be able to retrieve information on when the orders of raw material have been placed and whether the quality and treatment process of raw materials comply with our standards and those of our customers.
Raw Material Check
When materials are delivered from sub-suppliers to the factory, we will conduct quality inspection and check whether the supplied materials are sufficient to support production.
Material Preparation
Regardless of whether it is compounding, coating, warping or weaving, thermal setting, inspection and packing, control must be made regularly to ensure correct dimensions and the right quality.
Inline Production
We conduct close-up inspection and on-site supervision during assembly and inline production, to ensure finished products meet required dimensions and quality standards. We also assess whether the assembly process will affect delivery schedules.
Finished Products
We perform thorough quality control in accordance with AQL standards, alongside inspections for packaging and loading procedures. This ensures compliance with safety requirements and minimises product damage during handling and transit.
Nakliye
A final quality control report for each order or container shall be submitted for approval at least 48 hours before shipment. All QC reports must be kept on file for future traceability.

The mesh sling patio chairs are made from our T212006 sling fabric, featuring a 2×1 weave; the yarn blend is 500D × 1000D, with a weight of 600 g/m² and a warp and weft density of 36T × 14T. The fabric is made of PVC-coated polyester, offering resistance to sunlight, water, and mould. It is designed to withstand long-term outdoor use without cracking or fading. In addition to garden chairs, it is suitable for outdoor items such as pet beds and swing seat cushions, and complies with the EU REACH environmental standards.
The mesh cabinet door adopts our T311032 sling mesh fabric, which features outstanding air permeability; woven in a 3×2 structure, the fabric weighs 600g per square meter with warp and weft density of 24T×19T and is made of 1000D×1000D polyester filament, boasting tight weave, good tensile strength, wear resistance and anti-ageing properties suitable for long-term cabinet application.
This sunshade blind is made of our T31956 sling mesh fabric featuring unique jacquard patterns. With warp and weft density of 26T×26T, it is woven from 1000D×1000D polyester yarn at 600g per square meter.
